Chicken Tenders with Spicy Berry Dip

Prepare chicken tenders according to instructions.

2 medium cloves garlic, minced fine
1 teaspoon fresh ginger root, minced fine
2 Tablespoon olive oil
2 Tablespoon red wine vinegar
¼ teaspoon Louisiana hot sauce
½ cup Poplar Grove Farm Pure Raspberry Spread
¾ teaspoon minit tapioca
¼ teaspoon salt

Heat the olive oil in a skillet and sauté the garlic and ginger for one minute stirring constantly. Add the red wine vinegar carefully (it will spatter) and the rest of the ingredients in order. Total cooking time should be 3 to 4 minutes. Cool and serve as a dipping sauce for chicken fingers.
