Raspberry Yogurt Parfait

2 cups plain yogurt
¼ cup Amaretto Liqueur
1 (8ounce) jar Poplar Grove Pure Raspberry Spread
1 ½ cups of regular or almond granola
1 can real whipping cream
4 fresh raspberries
4 mint leaves

 

Fold the amaretto and yogurt together (do not stir). Fill yogurt mixture into a squeeze bottle or pastry bag. (The raspberry spread and granola are easier to spoon into the tall glasses w/o hitting the sides.)

Fill 4 parfait glasses with alternating layers of the yogurt, raspberry spread and granola.
Top last layer of granola with whipping cream. Garnish with a raspberry and mint leaf.
